We provide advertising and connection tools. We are not a broker, party to a transaction, financial adviser or guarantor. Buyers and sellers are responsible for verification, due diligence, professional advice, negotiation and transaction documents.

Sellers must provide accurate, lawful information and have authority to offer the listed assets. We may review, edit, reject, suspend or remove content that is misleading, unlawful, unsafe or inconsistent with marketplace standards.

Listing images and descriptions are supplied for information and are not contractual guarantees.

You must protect your credentials and use the site lawfully. Scraping, unsolicited outreach, fraud, impersonation, malicious software and interference with the service are prohibited.

Displayed listing and visibility-option prices apply at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider. Once an advertising service has begun or a listing has been published, fees are generally non-refundable except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

The platform, design, software and editorial content belong to the operator or licensors. Sellers retain rights to their submitted content while granting us permission to host, format and promote it for marketplace purposes.

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for buyer or seller conduct, transaction outcomes, inaccurate listing information, lost profits or indirect losses.

Personal data is handled as described in our privacy policy. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and do not pass through our application servers.

We may update the service and these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. We may restrict access for breach, abuse, security concerns or legal requirements.
